Shipping Info

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the day of completed payment.
I use "InPost" to ship domestically (Poland) and “Poczta Polska“, the state postal administration of Poland, to internationally.

Delivery times
(please note delivery times are an estimate and may vary/change without notice)
InPost (domestic) - The expected date of delivery is the next business day after the day of posting (D+1), provided that the shipment is sent by 3:00 p.m.
Poczta Polska (international):
Europe - The expected date of delivery is five business days after the date of posting (D+5).
Rest of the world - The expected date of delivery is seven business days after the date of posting (D+7).

Return Policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your Sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires upon the lapse of 14 days, on which you come into possession of the objects or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you has come into possession of the objects.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period has expired.

You shall send back the goods, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to me. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

IMPORTANT! The right of withdrawal does not relate to the sale, for which audio or video recordings or computer software supplied in sealed packaging constitute the objects of contract performance if the packaging has been unsealed after delivery!!!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To return your product, you should mail your product to Łukasz Sarnacki, Włoska 8/1, 15-611, Białystok, Poland.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
